AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS: HOW IT ALL STARTED!

"-The world is big enough.
-It was once, said Phileas Fogg [...]
-What do you mean by ‘once’?
Has the world grown smaller?"
Jules Verne, 'Around the World in 80 Days'

Watch a video of the scene where it all started,

from the 1988 TV adaptation of the novel (2:17 - 5:57).

Phileas Fogg claims that the world is not that big anymore because of the faster means of transport available and ends up going on a journey around the world - in 80 days - to prove it!
